Return Eligibility:

  • Our home appliance retail shop accepts returns within a specified time frame from the date of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all return requests.

Return Period:

  • Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • After this period, returns may not be accepted unless covered under an applicable warranty or consumer protection law.
  • If the product is malfunctioning it should be return within 24hours

  • Our customer support team will guide customers through the necessary steps for returning the product.
  • Customers may be asked to provide relevant details and information regarding the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to a customer's change of mind or non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a track able shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
  • In the case of a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Options:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund through the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Alternatively, the customer may be offered store credit or the option to exchange the product for another item of equal value.
